By Air

The largest and most convenient airport for the North of England is Manchester International Airport. We recommend travelling here, as there is a rail link to Scarborough directly at the airport. The journey then takes approximately 2 3/4 hours by train. Other airports in the North of England are:

There is a daily ferry service from Rotterdam and Zeebrugge to Hull (one hour away from Scarborough by road).

From the North and South the Yorkshire coastline is easily reached by the M1, A1 and A19, from the West by the M18, M62 and A64.
